  1. I think most educators would agree with these views. The difficult part is implementing new technology into all areas of curriculum. Money and time are huge obstacles we have to overcome, but we are teachers; we can accomplish anything

  2. I think I've seen this video in another class and it makes me think about how far behind I am. I hope I can catch up in time to be able to make a difference in my students lives. I don't want to hold them back.

  3. While watching this video my initial thought was they should have selected a different font color than white. Some of the words were hard to see at times. One cannot help but agree with the contents of this video. The progression of the technology that has been developed over the last century in this video definitely drove home the point that we as a society and educational system within the society, need to be able to change and adapt or we will be left behind in this global market.

  4. It is so true that technology touches every aspect of our lives and has allowed us endless possibilities. As educators, we are always faced with the challenge of motivating our students and instilling enthusiasm for learning. With technology, we have the gift the seems to keep on giving. I never cease to be amazed.

  5. Couldn't have said it better myself. That whole presentation is so true it hurts. Technology will only get better. It's not like we will be reverting back to the old tools that were shown. It is vital that we as educators are using these tools in the correct way, and teaching this to our students. The technology is already available for them in their homes and friends houses. Only by teaching the corrct uses of these items do we really help the student. It helps nobody to turn a blind eye and be stubborn about the world outside of the desk/pencil/paper.
